INNOVEX are driven to be an industry leader of health and safety through innovation and excellence. Our dedicated SHEQ Department monitor and manage all elements of health, safety, environment and quality across our INNOVEX Group projects.


We have strict company policies and procedures in place that are inline with our SafeContractor approved and CHAS Elite Accreditation.


INNOVEX are committed to continuously improving our business operations and reducing our carbon footprint. We are currently working towards Constructionline Gold Membership as well as commencing our ecovadis sustainability assessment.


Our established INNOVEX Academy supports all of our operatives to meet a minimum standard of training before entering any of our sites. Their training is recorded, monitored and refreshed on a regular basis. 


All our sites supervisors and managers are SMSTS qualified and all our general operatives have a minimum of CSCS inline with the Construction Industry Training Board.

    WORKING IN PARTNERSHIP WITH MINDSET

    We are well aware that the suicide rate of workers within construction is one of the highest in UK industry sectors - 3 times that of the national average rate for men. We make sure to continuously invest in our employee’s health and safety, mental health and wellbeing to ensure there is always mental health support available for our INNOVEX teams.


    To enable this continuous support, we ensure every area of our business has a qualified mental health first aider available. We are partnered with the Mindset charity so that we can provide support with regular discussions and training regarding mental health to our teams should they need it.
