Andy leads all new business opportunities and project mobilisation activities. He plays a key role in coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project start-up and delivery. In addition to his operational leadership, Andy also manages the company’s Health & Safety policies and procedures, ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of compliance, welfare, and site safety. His proactive and detail-driven approach helps maintain a strong culture of safety and accountability across the business.

Paul leads the commercial strategy for Innovex, managing pricing, cost planning, variations, and monthly valuations across all projects. With deep expertise in quantity surveying and commercial management, Paul ensures that projects remain financially sound and transparent at every stage. His pragmatic approach and attention to detail make him a trusted advisor to both clients and colleagues.

Craig oversees day-to-day project operations across the Innovex Group, with responsibility for internal labour teams, site-based activities, and programme delivery. In addition to his operational leadership, Craig also manages the company’s finance team, ensuring robust financial planning, reporting, and accountability across all areas of the business. Known for his hands-on approach and strong commercial awareness, Craig plays a vital role in driving performance, efficiency, and growth at every level of Innovex’s operations.
