Innovex delivered a fast-paced four-week refurbishment and fit-out to convert a dilapidated waste recycling facility into a new distribution hub for Lee Floorstok, one of the Northwest’s leading independent flooring distributors.

Key works included a new storefront and trade entrance, a partitioned trade sales area with suspended ceilings, flooring, lighting and a bespoke in-house manufactured trade counter. The existing mezzanine was extended to create secure storage space with a new access staircase, while a safe working zone was installed for warehouse operatives with power, containment and workstations.

Additional works covered the relocation and installation of pallet racking with security mesh, a full LED lighting upgrade, and electrical, data and CCTV systems. Externally, Innovex managed site clearance, demolition, resurfacing, kerb repairs, car park line marking, cladding resprays and landscaping.
