A revamp project to create a flexible, inclusive, multi-purpose community hub.

Innovex successfully delivered a 16-week refurbishment and fit-out for Netherley Community Centre, transforming it into a modern, multifunctional facility to serve local residents.

The project introduced a new mezzanine level for meetings and breakout spaces, as well as a commercial kitchen, food bank facilities, nursery provision, modern toilet amenities and new office areas to support daily operations. A fully equipped gym and fitness suite was also installed.

Innovex carried out the full joinery, drylining, partitioning, plastering, painting and flooring works, while externally new fencing was installed to improve security.

A strong working relationship was established with the client throughout delivery, and Innovex continues to support the centre with maintenance and small works, ensuring it remains a high-quality community asset.
