The project aimed to modernise the space and improve the overall customer experience from arrival to checkout.

 

The project scope included an external industrial clean and respray of the cladding to give the store a fresh new rebrand launch. Internally, works involved a full strip out of the existing store facilities. A comprehensive remodel  undertaking the following work packages – shop fitting, flooring, plumbing, painting across the new sales floor and mezzanine levels. The back-of-house areas, including offices, toilets, and storage, underwent a full strip-out and refurbishment to create more efficient, modern facilities. Additionally, the garden centre and warehouse areas were renovated to meet B&Q’s updated design standards and operational needs.
