As part of Pure Padel’s rapid nationwide expansion, Innovex refurbished a former Wickes depot into a vibrant, high-spec sports and leisure destination. The project aimed to create a welcoming environment that combined sport, community and social spaces.

Works included a new main entrance and bespoke joinery-clad lobby, alongside a stylish café and bar, a retail pro-shop space and a comfortable lounge with glazed doors and soft furnishings. Changing and shower facilities were constructed with full drainage support, and acoustic rafts were installed above social areas to enhance comfort.

Vinyl and carpet flooring was laid throughout and the facility was completed with full internal redecoration.

The result is a dynamic padel centre that sets the standard for future venues, providing both first-class sporting facilities and engaging social spaces.
