The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Project Manager who thrives on complexity, creativity, and control.

Someone who can lead teams, manage clients, and bring bold ideas to life —

on time, within budget, and to Innovex standards of perfection.

This is a hybrid role based in Leeds / Yorkshire, with flexibility to work remotely and on-site nationwide.

What You’ll Do

🔹 Manage multiple construction and fit-out projects from concept to completion

🔹 Lead in-house trades and specialist subcontractors

🔹 Oversee site operations, logistics, procurement, and quality assurance

🔹 Deliver projects that exceed client expectations

🔹 Drive project programmes, budgets, and reporting

🔹 Conduct regular inspections and ensure full health & safety compliance

🔹 Collaborate with designers, architects, and key stakeholders

🔹 Champion innovation, precision, and performance on every job

Who You Are

✔️ Experienced Project Manager with a shopfitting and joinery background

✔️ Strong building knowledge with hands-on site understanding

✔️ Excellent communicator and natural leader

✔️ Comfortable managing in-house teams and subcontractors

✔️ Commercially aware and detail-driven

✔️ Confident using project management software (MS Project, Excel, Procore, etc.)

✔️ Full UK driving licence and flexible to travel

Preferred Qualifications

🎓 HNC / HND / Degree in Construction Management or similar

🏗️ SMSTS / SSSTS, CSCS (Manager Level)

⛑️ First Aid at Work
