We’re looking for a Project Manager who thrives on complexity, creativity, and control.
Someone who can lead teams, manage clients, and bring bold ideas to life on time, within budget, and to Innovex standards of perfection.
This is a hybrid role based in Leeds / Yorkshire, with flexibility to work remotely and on-site nationwide.

What You’ll Do

Manage multiple construction and fit-out projects from concept to completion

Lead in-house trades and specialist subcontractors

Oversee site operations, logistics, procurement, and quality assurance

Deliver projects that exceed client expectations

Drive project programmes, budgets, and reporting

Conduct regular inspections and ensure full health & safety compliance

Collaborate with designers, architects, and key stakeholders

Champion innovation, precision, and performance on every job

Who You Are

Experienced Project Manager with a shopfitting and joinery background

Strong building knowledge with hands-on site understanding
-
Excellent communicator and natural leader

Comfortable managing in-house teams and subcontractors

Commercially aware and detail-driven
-
Confident using project management software (MS Project, Excel, Procore, etc.)

Full UK driving licence and flexible to travel
Preferred Qualifications

HNC / HND / Degree in Construction Management or similar

SMSTS / SSSTS, CSCS (Manager Level)
