What You’ll Do
Depending on your trade, responsibilities may include:
-
Carrying out high-quality installation, fitting, and finishing works
-
Working from drawings, specifications, and schedules of work
-
Delivering fit-out and refurbishment packages to programme
-
Maintaining excellent workmanship and attention to detail
-
Working collaboratively with site managers, supervisors, and other trades
-
Ensuring works are completed safely and in line with RAMS
-
Identifying issues early and contributing to practical solutions
-
Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional working environment
-
Representing Innovex positively on client-facing sites
Project Sectors
You’ll work across a varied and growing portfolio including:

Who You Are
-
Experienced Quantity Surveyor with strong estimating skills
-
Background in fit-out, refurbishment, joinery, or design & build
-
Skilled in measured take-offs, site surveys & cost planning
-
Confident pricing using in-house labour & material build-ups
-
Commercially aware, detail-driven, and proactive
-
Strong communicator and confident negotiator
-
Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
-
Proficient in Excel and QS/estimating software
Preferred Qualifications
-
Degree / HNC / HND in Quantity Surveying or Construction
-
RICS accreditation (desirable)
-
CSCS (Professional/Manager level)
