Due to continued growth, we are expanding our in-house trades workforce and are looking for skilled, reliable, and motivated operatives to join Innovex across multiple disciplines.

Whether you specialise in one trade or bring multi-skilled capability, you’ll play a key role in delivering projects from strip-out to handover — working on fast-paced, well-managed sites with clear programmes, strong commercial backing, and a team that values quality workmanship.

Who You Are

  • Skilled in your trade with proven site experience

  • Able to work independently or as part of a wider site tea

  • Quality-driven with a strong work ethic

  • Reliable, punctual, and professional

  • Health & safety conscious

  • Comfortable working to programme deadlines

  • Flexible and adaptable across different project types

Essential / Preferred

  • Relevant trade experience (time-served or qualified)

  • CSCS Card (relevant to role)

  • Own tools (trade dependent)

  • Full UK Driving Licence (preferred, role dependent)

  • SSSTS / SMSTS (advantageous for senior operatives)

What You’ll Do

Depending on your trade, responsibilities may include:

  • Carrying out high-quality installation, fitting, and finishing works

  • Working from drawings, specifications, and schedules of work

  • Delivering fit-out and refurbishment packages to programme

  • Maintaining excellent workmanship and attention to detail

  • Working collaboratively with site managers, supervisors, and other trades

  • Ensuring works are completed safely and in line with RAMS

  • Identifying issues early and contributing to practical solutions

  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional working environment

  • Representing Innovex positively on client-facing sites
